Earlier, many devices had received Android Nougat 7.0 as many devices were manufactured with this version of Android and just back in October, many devices had received the developer preview of the latest Android Nougat 7.1.1 which even though had some bugs, as being a developer ROM, but still people loved it more than ever. Now talking about the devices that are rumored to receive the updates, General Mobile 4G which undoubtedly is a part of Google’s Android One project as well as Cherry Mobile One G1 have reportedly received the stable version of Android 7.1.1 (Please note that it hasn’t been confirmed yet). However there’s no confirmation whether the update is out for these devices or not but the sources suggest the face that the update has been released for these devices and talking about the size of this update, it weighs around 240MB which makes it totally important and recommended for the users that receive the update, to connect to Wi-Fi before downloading the new firmware.
The Pixel smartphones from Google and other selected Android One devices even though had the update scheduled for December 6, but now it looks like the update has rolled out early for some devices.
