The Alienware 18 is available for purchase at $2,099. It ships with Windows 8, which is an older version of Windows 8. This is not a big drawback because upgrading to Windows 8.1 is free for all Windows 8 users. This computer is slightly more expensive than other Gaming laptops as they normally go for $1,599.00 on average.

This laptop is specifically built for Gaming. Gaming laptops have very high-end CPUs and Graphics Processors that allow gamers to play recently-released games with high texture quality and frame rate. The downside is that they do not come cheap. Furthermore, they tend to be heavier and thicker in order to support the high-performance parts.


The laptop comes with an 18.4 inch WLED display with 119 PPi and a 1920×1080 px resolution which is pretty amazing for a laptop.

The overall features of this laptop are quite amazing are worth the price. This laptop provides all the features a gamer needs.
